Returns Policy

No Returns or refunds on Lingerie / Underwear

There are no returns on lingerie or underwear for hygiene reasons. Please always check size charts before purchasing. 

Returns & Freight on Toys

Please email info@tomboyonline.net if you have a return that falls under the below policy. If any toy has been used or the inner packaging damaged by the customer, it can not be replaced, returned or refunded. 

Windsor Wholesale complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) guidelines regarding product returns, replacement and refunds. Please note:

  1. The Customer is responsible for returning the product if it can be posted or easily returned.
  2. In the case of defective items, a replacement item will be given where stock permits.
  3. When a replacement cannot be supplied and/or a major problem with the product is identified we will provide a full refund. 
  4. Account Customers with Credit Terms will have a credit applied to their account.
  5. Account Customers paying by Credit Card will have the credit applied against any outstanding balance.
    • If no balance owing, then the credit can either be placed against the account for later use or refunded to the same Credit Card used in the initial transaction. 
    • Credit given to customers with a Cash trading account paying by Credit Card will be taken up against any outstanding balance. If no balance owing then the credit will be refunded to the same Credit Card used in the initial transaction.
    • Credit card details will need to be supplied by the card holder if not held on file. 

Windsor Wholesale offers credit returns where the product:

  • Has been damaged in transit and is not of merchantable quality. 
  • Is supplied incorrectly.
  • Has been supplied within 90 days of expiration date.
  • Has encountered a major failure and is not suitable for the purpose it was sold for.
  • Is accompanied by a completed Goods Returns Notice (GRN). These are available from your Account Manager. For speedy processing of credits, ensure original invoice numbers are supplied for each item.

Credits will NOT be given where:

  • The product was NOT purchased from Windsor Wholesale.
  • The invoice relating to the credit is MORE than 12 months old.
  • The Customer account is OUTSIDE trading terms.

Returns on Tomboy Merch and Event Tickets

  • Tomboy Merch is hand printed and will be posted separately from the designer to the customer.
  • Apparel can be returned if the size is wrong, but please refer to the size charts before ordering, as postage to return the item must be paid by the customer.
  • If an apparel item arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch and we will ensure it's replaced.

  • Event tickets will be distributed electronically and can be returned up to 48 hours before the event start date/time.
  • If the event has to be cancelled or rescheduled due to covid19 you have the right to request a refund if you're no longer available on the new date.
