Refund Policy

Windsor Wholesale (the adult product wholesaler) does not offer refunds.

Windsor offers credit returns where the pleasure product or lingerie:

  • Has been damaged in transit and is not of merchantable quality. 
  • Is supplied incorrectly.
  • Has been supplied within 90 days of expiration date.
  • Has encountered a major failure and is not suitable for the purpose it was sold for.
  • Is accompanied by a completed Goods Returns Notice (GRN). These are available from your Account Manager. For speedy processing of credits, ensure original invoice numbers are supplied for each item.

Credits will NOT be given where:

  • The product was NOT purchased from Windsor Wholesale.
  • The invoice relating to the credit is MORE than 12 months old.
  • The Customer account is OUTSIDE trading terms.

Tomboy Merch only offers refunds where the Tomboy merchandise product:

  • Has been damaged in transit and is not of merchantable quality. 
  • Is out of stock in store
  • Has encountered a major failure and is not suitable for the purpose it was sold for.
